We will charge a registration fee of us$200 at the time of registration to help cover the cost of coffee breaks and general expenses of the meeting. Since our aim is that all interested people can attend this meeting, there is a reasonable possibility to waive the registration fee upon request. We will make all efforts to lower the fee depending on support from other sources; we will inform any changes in subsequent announcements.
